Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms are beautiful and relatively large, offering a comfortable experience. The service was exceptional, with attentive and warm staff making sure every need was met. The location is amazing, central to the Walled City, making it convenient to explore the area. The dining experience was superb, offering a variety of delicious Colombian dishes. Overall, a fantastic choice for a stay in this vibrant city.
The hotel exuded rich history with spacious and elegant rooms featuring high ceilings and thick wood beams. The pool set in the courtyard between reception and guest rooms added to the charm. However, the room size felt a bit small considering the price.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel exceeded all my expectations with its boutique charm, private patio for breakfast, and a private pool jacuzzi area. However, it was a bit dark when I was making my luggage.
The hotel is a wonderful escape within the historic district, offering spacious and elegant rooms that retain the rich history of the property with high ceilings and thick wood beams. Despite a minor oversight by housekeeping, the duplex Prestige Suite provided a unique and comfortable stay, like stepping into another world with inviting lounging areas and self-serve coffee bars. The overly friendly service from the caring and professional staff, such as Ramon and Elias in reception, truly enhanced our experience, although there was no comment on the price or value for money.
